Sending a request through this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We review every request by hand and reply to confirm the work, the price and the drop off or shipping details.

The total shown on the booking form is an estimate only. Your final price is confirmed after we see your pairs in person. No payment is taken on this site. Cleaning starts only after full payment is made. We accept cash and online payment, due at the time of service.

Standard turnaround is 3 to 7 days depending on shoe condition and the number of pairs. Ice Soles work can take up to 2 weeks. Orders are reviewed and priced within 24 hours.

Sneaker Pope sends text messages to customers who opt in through the booking form. Those messages are about your order, including price quotes and status updates.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help.

Phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Cleaning and restoration carry some risk on worn, aged or damaged materials. We assess every pair first and tell you honestly what we can and cannot do. We are not responsible for damage caused by existing wear, previous repairs, glue failure, or materials that cannot survive cleaning.

The condition photos you upload are used to assess and document your order. We may show finished results on our own social accounts. Tell us if you prefer that we do not.

Please collect your pairs within 30 days of us telling you they are ready. After 90 days we may treat unclaimed pairs as abandoned.
